Britney Spears has been on a major health and fitness kick over the last few months – and the results are certainly showing.
The pop star, 35, shared a collection of clips of herself working out and flaunting her amazingly toned body at the same time.
The video begins with the fitness fanatic, who is dressed in a tiny crop top and shorts, lifting small arm weights before pulling a yoga pose.
She also pulls out some dance moves and highlights just how flexible she is with a range of eye-popping stretches.
Writing alongside the video, the star said she can’t get enough of exercising.
Britney wrote: “Had a couple of weeks off… ha!! Well, not really… been keeping my body strong and motivating myself everyday!!
“There’s nothing like mommy and workout time, the beautiful outdoors, and flipping into gear”
It’s not the first time Britney has shared her inspiring gym routines with fans.
Last month she shared a similar video as she was put through her paces by her personal trainer.
“Great workout this morning! Woke up in Japan feeling free and grateful. Better work b****es!” she captioned the footage.
In it, the Toxic singer bends herself into an improbable yoga pose by kneeling on the floor and bending backwards until her back is parallel with her legs.
She then does sit ups to tone up her stomach, pulsing with her arms raised in the air and her legs pointing to the sky.
Next in Brit’s workout is arm exercises, in which she grabs a pair of small weights and lifts them up above her head with alternating arms.
Lastly came cardio time, with Britney running full-pelt on a treadmill but seemingly not even breaking into a sweat.
Her fans were full of admiration for the singer, with one saying: “You look like 18! Better than ever!”
