Emma Roberts has gone back to being a blonde – and she looks fabulous. The 26-year-old actress, who is known to experiment with her hair colour, recently paid a trip to the salon to transform her brunette locks back to her signature blonde look, complete with an edgy blunt bob cut. Emma paid a trip to Nine Zero One salon last week, who then shared a short video of Emma getting her hair preened to perfection on their Instagram account. The footage, which was captioned: “Mercury made them do it… Tag team color correction for @emmarobertsby @nikkilee901 + @riawna textured chop by @riawna. #RobertsRetrograde#901girl #ninezeroone,” showed Emma sitting back in the salon chair while a team of hairdressers worked their magic.

Fans were quick to compliment Emma’s new hair look, with many writing positive comments besides the video. “Wow..Amazing! This is my favourite look on you to date,” wrote one, while another said: “Looks so nice!!!” A third added: “Great job! This haircut looks amazing! You look stunning @emmaroberts.”
Emma posted a photo of her new look on her Instagram page
The co-owners of Nine Zero One salon – a favourite with A-list celebrities – chatted to US Weekly about Emma’s new look. Nikki Lee and Riawna Capri said: “A blonde at heart can only be dark for so long,” adding that the team had “chopped a good three inches off her natural hair and created a textured chin length bob.”

And Emma isn’t the only celebrity who has undergone a hair transformation at the salon this month. Last week, Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland also paid a visit. Sarah chose to go the opposite way to Emma, dying her blonde hair a rich brunette hue, while elongating the length of her hair with extensions.
After a photo of her new look was posted on the salon’s Instagram account, Sarah’s fans couldn’t believe how different the actress looked. One wrote: “This proves once again that hair makes all the difference! New colour + length and she looks like a different person!” while another added: “My favourite colour you’ve ever done on her.”
