Holly Willoughby is often complimented on her enviable figure, but don’t expect her to reveal how she stays in shape. The This Morning presenter has said she avoids discussing her diet and fitness routine because she doesn’t want to encourage eating disorders.
Discussing the issue with Prima magazine, Holly explained: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me. I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.”

Holly also said that when she is asked about her diet and the typical foods she eats, she declines to answer.
“I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regime because I have interviewed so many people affected by eating disorders and I know that some people in chat rooms can really fixate on other people’s diets,” Holly said. “I just can’t contribute to that.”
The TV presenter said she loves to cook for her family
Instead the mum-of-three focuses on enjoying her food, and revealed that she loves to cook at home for her family.
‘I’m healthy; I love food – it’s a celebration, something to be talked over, shopped for, cooked and enjoyed,” she revealed. “I love cooking. Nothing fancy – just standard home-made stuff. I make a very good spaghetti.”
The 35-year-old also takes some words of wisdom from Muppet Show character Miss Piggy, whose mantra is “Never eat more than you can lift”.
